At Cre8Magnets, we are dedicated to creating high-quality, personalized magnets that you’ll love. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Since all our products are custom-made and personalized, specific terms apply. Please read the following carefully to understand our cancellation, return, and refund processes.

1. Cancelling or Changing Your Order

You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it or request any changes.

  • To cancel or request a change, please get in touch with us right away at info@cre8magnets.com , including your order number and details of your request.
  • Why the 24-hour limit? Since our magnets are made to order, production usually begins soon after your order is placed. This 24-hour period allows you to request changes before production starts.
  • After 24 hours: Once we begin production (typically within 24 hours), cancellations or changes are no longer possible

2. Issues with Damaged or Defective Products

We handle all orders with care, but should your purchase arrive damaged or faulty, we’re here to assist. All products come with the statutory guarantee of conformity.

  • How to proceed: Please contact our support team within 14 days after your order arrives.
  • What we need: To handle your request, please provide your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Our commitment: Once verified, you can choose between a free replacement of the item or a full refund.

3. Returns Due to Change of Mind (Non-Defective) – NOT APPLICABLE

Because each Cre8Magnets product is custom-made from your photos or designs, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect choices, or wrong sizes/designs.

Please make sure to review your order details — including chosen image, size, and shipping address — before finalizing your purchase. All product dimensions and specifications are clearly listed on each product page.

4. Non-Refundable Products and Services

Gift Cards: Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Regarding Memberships and Services: All payments for memberships or subscription services are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

5. How Refunds Work

Refunds that have been approved (only for defective or non-compliant items) will be made to your provided bank account. We do not refund to the original payment card because of the associated high costs.

Please, keep in mind that refunds may take 5–10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

6. How to Return Items

Should you need to return a defective product, we’ll send you the proper return address and detailed instructions.

We cover return shipping for defective products. For returns due to reasons not caused by us (such as an incorrect address provided), the customer is responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

7. Important Information Regarding Your Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately. If a product cannot be delivered, is returned, lost, or additional costs arise due to an incorrect address provided by the user, Cre8Magnets cannot be held responsible, and the user is responsible for any resulting losses.
